David is an employment industry expert that is frequently featured on Fox 35 and the Orlando Sentinel in Central Florida discussing topics covering hiring, job search and career development. David is a Central Florida native from Seminole County and is now raising his own growing family here and is actively involved in the community. After graduating from Lake Brantley High in Altamonte Springs, David received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard University. David has spent the last 20+ years in the employment services industry. Prior to founding Veritas Recruiting Group in 2009, David was an executive with a national Accounting, Finance & Administrative staffing & recruiting firm where he built multiple teams of successful recruiters throughout Florida. Recruiting ManagerSara earned her Bachelors degree in Psychology from UCF and has been involved in staffing & recruiting for 6 years. Sara is a Certified Search Consultant. Sara joined Veritas in 2012.
Amy Cicero, CSC
Sr. Recruiting ManagerAmy earned her Masters and Bachelors degrees in Communications from FSU. Amy has been in staffing & recruiting for 6 years and is a Certified Search Consultant. Amy joined Veritas in 2012.
Recruiting ManagerMitch earned his Bachelors in Sports Management from the U. of Florida. Prior to Veritas Mitch spent 6 award-winning years with Hertz. Mitch joined Veritas in 2016.
Staffing ManagerChris earned her degree in Business from Joliet College. She is responsible for all of Veritas' temporary and temp-to-hire staffing throughout Central Florida for Accounting, Finance and Administrative professionals. Chris joined Veritas in 2018.
Sourcing JediTina is responsible for finding talent throughout Central Florida and supporting the recruitment efforts of our team. Tina joined Veritas in 2015.

Division DirectorNancy leads our Search Division as Division Director. She has her CPA and earned her MBA & Bachelors in Accounting from UCF. Nancy has Big4 accounting experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and served as International Controller for a publicly traded company here in Central FL. Nancy joined Veritas in 2011.

Managing PartnerDavid earned his Bachelors in Economics from Harvard University with a focus on Labor Economics and Financial Markets. David has 20 years experience in the employment services industry, is a Certified Search Consultant, and is a featured expert on Fox35, News13, & Orlando Sentinel. David serves on the Board of Directors for CareerSource Central Florida, The Foundation for Seminole County Public Schools (Chair-elect), ACG Orlando, and the Executive Council for Leadership Seminole (Chair-elect), in addition to coaching youth sports (soccer & lacrosse).
