Recruiting Manager, Central Florida
Cameron earned his Bachelors degree in Economics from FSU. Cameron has been in staffing & recruiting since 2017, both in the hospitality and technology sectors. At Veritas, Cameron focuses on placing degreed corporate accounting and finance professionals. Cameron joined Veritas in 2020.
Sara Bartell, CSC
Senior Recruiting Manager, Central Florida
Sara earned her Bachelors degree in Psychology from UCF and has been involved in staffing & recruiting since 2012. Sara is a graduate of Leadership Seminole class 29. Sara is a Certified Search Consultant and she joined Veritas in 2012.
Tony Bercik
Managing Director, Tampa Bay
Tony leads our Tampa Bay team as Managing Director. He earned dual Bachelor's degrees in Accounting & Finance from FSU and is a veteran of the US Air Force. Tony has over 20 years of recruiting, training, and leadership experience in the Accounting & Finance recruitment industry, both locally in Tampa and nationally. Tony joined Veritas in 2020.

Senior Recruiting Manager, Central Florida
Amy earned her Masters and Bachelors degrees in Communications from FSU. Amy has been in staffing & recruiting since 2012 and is a Certified Search Consultant. Amy serves on the board of YACG Orlando and is a graduate of Leadership Seminole class 27. Amy joined Veritas in 2012.
Mitch Davie
Senior Recruiting Manager, Central Florida
Mitch earned his Bachelors in Sports Management from the U. of Florida. At Veritas, Mitch focuses on helping companies throughout Florida find and hire high performance corporate accounting and corporate finance professionals. Prior to Veritas Mitch spent 6 award-winning years with Hertz. Mitch is a graduate of Leadership Seminole Class 31. Mitch joined Veritas in 2016.

Diana earned her Bachelors degree from the University of Central Florida. She has been in the staffing industry since 2022 and spent the previous 9 years with Darden Restaurant's corporate office. At Veritas, Diana is focused placing administrative and human resource professionals into temp, temp to hire, and direct-hire opportunities with companies throughout Florida. Diana joined Veritas in 2024.

Tina earned her Associates degree in Biblical Studies from New Tribes Bible Institute. Prior to Veritas, Tina has 10+ years administrative support experience. At Veritas, Tina is responsible for finding talent throughout Central Florida and supporting the recruitment efforts of our team. Tina joined Veritas in 2015.
Nancy Rivers, CPA, MBA
Senior Director, Central Florida
Nancy leads our Central Florida team as Senior Director. She has her CPA and earned her MBA & Bachelors in Accounting from UCF. Nancy has Big4 accounting experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and served as International Controller for a publicly traded company here in Central FL. Nancy is also a graduate of Leadership Seminole class 26. Nancy was a keynote speaker at the Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance national conference. Nancy joined Veritas in 2011.
Kelly Ryan, MA
Recruiter, Central Florida
Kelly earned her Bachelors and Masters degree from the University of Florida. Kelly is a Central Florida native and at Veritas, Kelly focuses on placing degreed corporate accounting and finance professionals. Kelly joined Veritas in 2022.
David Sprinkle, CSC
Managing Partner
David earned his Bachelors in Economics from Harvard University. He has 28 years experience in the employment services industry, is a Certified Search Consultant, and is a featured expert on Fox35 & Orlando Sentinel. David serves on the Board of Directors for CareerSource Central Florida, Leadership Seminole (past-Chair), ACG Orlando, and formerly The Foundation for Seminole County Public Schools (past-Chair), in addition to coaching youth sports and serving as the Chair of the School Advisory Council for his kids' schools.
