This is providing the Associate works the full scheduled day before and full scheduled day after the holiday. Please note, you only enter hours worked on your timesheet… Bonuses will be paid separately from the hours worked recorded on your timesheet. Bonuses pay out the week following the holiday.
– Annual Retention Bonus
Associates become eligible for a retention bonus on their anniversary date if they have worked at least 1800 hours of unbroken time* within the previous 52 weeks. The retention bonus is equal to 40 hours pay at the Associate’s current hourly pay rate and pays out the week following the anniversary date. The hours accumulation starts fresh each anniversary.
