A Priority Retained Search is ideal in situations where you have a critical Senior Level Management opening and you need to ensure that you hire the best person for the position.
Positions typically include Board of Directors, C-level (CEO, CFO, COO, CAO, CIO, etc), Vice President and some Director level positions.

- After you decide to hire the right fit for your team, the balance of the total placement fee (minus the retainer) is then paid.
