A Priority Retained Search is ideal in situations where you have a critical Senior Level Management opening and you need to ensure that you hire the best person for the position.

Positions typically include Board of Directors, C-level (CEO, CFO, COO, CAO, CIO, etc), Vice President and some Director level positions.

The Priority Retained Search has many advantages over the Contingency Search, without many of the disadvantages.

• You pay an up-front Retainer (which is a small portion of the total placement fee and is non-refundable).
